1. No Return Policy

Our services are digital/consultation-based services. Therefore, there is no physical product that can be returned.

Once a consultation has been booked and payment has been confirmed, the service is considered reserved for the client.

2. No Refund Policy

Payments made for consultation bookings are generally non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds based on:

Change of mind after booking
Dissatisfaction with the guidance received
Expectations of a specific result or outcome
Failure to achieve a desired personal, relationship, career, financial, or other result
Failure to attend the scheduled consultation without prior communication

Consultation outcomes may vary from person to person, and payment does not constitute a guarantee of any particular result.

3. Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may contact us as early as possible to request a change of appointment time.

Rescheduling requests are subject to the consultant's availability and are not guaranteed.

4. Exceptional Refund Situations

A refund may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as:

Payment being successfully deducted but the booking could not be created due to a technical issue attributable to our website or payment system.
The same transaction being charged more than once due to a technical or payment processing error.
We are unable to provide the booked consultation and cannot offer a suitable alternative appointment.

Any eligible refund will be reviewed and processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable payment gateway and banking timelines.

5. Failed or Pending Transactions

If money has been deducted from your account but the payment status on our website shows as failed, pending, or unsuccessful, please contact us with the transaction details.

We will verify the transaction with the relevant payment gateway and take appropriate action.
